"Pretty simple ordering process"
Ordering was easy enough, and checkout went smoothly for me. I was expecting to get stuck somewhere because that seems to happen every time I’m trying to buy something online while also half-watching TV, but nope, it all went through fine.

"Prescription verification took longer than expected"
I had to wait longer than I thought for my prescription to get verified. The annoying part was that it wasn’t really clear what I was supposed to do next or if I just needed to keep waiting, so I felt kind of stuck.

"Seems fine so far"
I got these and they looked like what I expected, as far as I could tell. I’ve been using them and haven’t noticed any problems so far. They seemed to work okay for me

"Payment was a mess"
My card got charged, but the order still wasn’t confirmed. It just kind of sat there, and I had no idea what was going on.

"Didn’t feel safe ordering"
I just didn’t feel great about trusting this site. A few things were kinda vague, and I couldn’t find enough clear info to feel sure it was actually legit.
Maybe other people had a totally fine experience, but for me there were too many red flags. I ended up leaving without placing an order, i wouldn’t risk it.

"Delivery was really slow"
I ordered this thinking it would show up in a normal kind of time, but the shipping was just way slower than I was expecting. The tracking didn’t really say much or update, so I was kind of just waiting and not knowing. It came fine in the end and the product was okay, but the delivery part was frustrating honestly.

"A bit pricier than I expected"
I was hoping this would fit my budget a little better, but the prices felt kind of high to me. It made me realize I need to be more mindful about where my money goes, especially when I’m trying to keep things affordable

"I don’t know if they were just..."
I don’t know if they were just backed up or what, but it took quite a while to get a reply from customer service. The order ended up being fine, so that part wasn’t really the issue. It was more that trying to get a simple answer felt more stressful than it needed to be.
